Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Terms & conditions:
  The terms & conditions for Palm View Jamaican Holiday Apartments are as follows:
  1) Full payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival or booking deposit will be forfeited.
  2) In the event of any damage, breakages or losses the lead name will be held liable for all costs. A deposit of £75 will be payable. Please take care of your keys and remote controls for air conditioning and the TV as if these are lost your deposit will be forfeited.
  3) It will be helpful if the lead name provides a copy of their identification in exchange for the apartment keys. This can be a copy of your passport or your driver’s licence please ensures that the name and address matches your registered PayPal account address. Please note if you wish to collect the key prior to your departure then you need to pay the deposit before the keys are released to you. Alternatively, if you wish to collect the keys in Jamaica the deposit is payable there.
• 5) Please turned off all air conditioning switches, lights and fans when leaving the room due to the climate it could be an H&S issue if left on and overheats.
  6) Please do not have vendors or service providers visiting the premises unless you have advised Security and have sought their approval. This is for your safety and other residents on the resort.
  7) Please refrain from smoking inside the Apartment you are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony, where ashtrays are provided.
  8) Check out time is strictly 12 noon as new clients will have paid for the apartment and will be expecting to enter from 12 noon. If you need to stay on the resort after 12 noon you may still use the resort facilities, please ask in reception if unclear.
  9) This is a private self contained holiday apartment. Sandcastles are not responsible for the apartment. You may have access to the facilities at the resort where there are charges applicable these will be bourne by the lead name.
• 10) No pets allowed on the complex and this also means not in the apartment
