- The villa is situated just in the centre of Fuengirola and 2nd line of the beach.
The Villa has a main house with 4 bedrooms + 2 guest rooms in the garden, one of them with an en-suite toilet suitable for big groups. All of them with air-conditioning and heating.
Above prices are for reservations minimun 7 nights and for 8 people sleeping in the main house, except prices for July and August which are for 12 adults minimum sleeping in the 6 bedrooms of the villa ( capacity of the Villa : 15 people ).
Please consult supplement for reservations less than 7 nights and for children's discount. Children sharing the villa with 8 adults have discount over adult prices.
Game Room for children and adults: tennis table, billar and table football for children. Ideal to enjoy your holidays with family or friends - To make the reservation will require a prepayment of 30%. The balance + refundable deposit of 400,00 euros will be paid in cash on arrival. The refundable deposit will be refunded upon departure once it is established that the customer has left the property in perfect condition.
Our prices have not hidden extra charges and it includes:
.-Private use of the villa and gardens ( 1000 ms of plot )
.- private use of the pool wood of 5x3 mts -with salt water, without clorine-. It is safer for the skin and eyes.
.- private use of the game room -billiard, tennis table, football table, poker table, etc-
.- parking space inside the villa up to 5 cars.
.- Use of sheets, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and beach / pool towels.
.- expenses as water and electricity ( all bedrooms + living room has a new air conditioning / heated )
.- internet WIFI
.- final Cleaning. - Check in at Villa Mercedes is flexible depending on the availability.

The only extra charge is for late check-in:

- The Villa has capacity in total for 15 people. The main house has a total of 160 m2 and 4 bedrooms. It is distributed on two floors newly renovated with new furniture and appliances. The ground floor of the house consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, a toilet, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen - fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, a dining room to the kitchen and a living room of 40 m2 with TV 40`` and air-conditioning / heating. The upper floor consists of the fourth room with sloping ceiling. New on 2011: Every room in the house + living room has air-conditioning and heating The guest rooms: Next to the house in the gardens, there are 2 guest rooms: a double apartment with small kitchen and a private toilet and a triple room. The garden has another toilet with shower ideally in summer
