Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fresh linens as well as maid service once a week are included in the rental price. Additional maid service can be arranged for an added fee. Beach towels are provided.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 45 days before arrival. A refundable breakage / damage deposit of US$300 is required with the final payment and this will be returned to you within 2 days of departure. PayPal, international wire transfer to UK or Bank Drafts in UK £Sterling are all accepted methods of payment.
- In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, a full refund will be granted for all funds over and above the 25% booking deposit. A 50% refund will apply if a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival. Early departures will not be refunded.
