Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit: A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
If Renter cancels more than 8 weeks prior to rental period, they will be refunded the deposit less a £100 fee.
If a cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks prior to rental period, renter must pay the rental cost in full.
All cancellations must be in writing (e-mail or physical address). Cancellations are counted from the date it is received by owner.
A Security deposit of £200 will be required with balance, this is refundable and is held against damages, breakages, etc..
All stays will have local sales Tax added @ 13% to the final price.
Check in time is 4:00 pm.
Check out time is 11:00 am.
Please contact me for long term rental Rates and offers. - The premises must be vacated by 11:00AM by the departing renters.
Arriving renters will take occupancy after 4:00PM.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Saturday is the day of departure and arrival.
There is no refund of the Security Deposit in the case of the keys/access card being lost or stolen.
The Refund of the Security Deposit will take place within 2 weeks after the apartment
is checked by the management company. - All stays will incur a cleaning Charge of £50.
