MoonFish Villas are not suitable for children under the age of 10. - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance together with a $200 USD refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. Should your booking be made within 8 weeks of your holiday then the full amount is due at the time of booking, as well as the refundable security deposit. The security deposit is refunded in full within 10 days providing the property is left as you found it and if there are no damages to property, appliances or furnishings. If the property is deemed to require extra cleaning after your visit (over and above the norm) in order to prepare it for the following guests, then the extra cleaning will be charged at an hourly rate.
- Discounts are considered for long-term rentals of 3 weeks or more, especially in the spring and autumn - please enquire.

- The bedrooms each have luxury en suite wet rooms. They both face the sea, with screened 'stable' doors opening to the lower deck which has more loungers, a hammock and that view again. The cooling Trade Winds eliminate the need for unhealthy air conditioning but the bedrooms do have ceiling fans and the screened doors & windows allow you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. One room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, the other with two extra-long twin beds which can be pushed together if preferred. Extra-long twin beds are the same length as a Queen, so they are comfortable for adults and lanky teens! Luxury, high thread count sheets are used throughout. Reading lamps, wall lights and large closet with shelves for your comfort.
