- There is air conditioning throughout. There are also flat screen TV's with access to SKY in each bedroom. All bedrooms in the villa are large with high ceilings with fans installed. The house has triple insulation and maintains a relatively constant temperature. For those who prefer to live without air conditioning it is possible to keep all the windows open and the ceiling fans on to keep the house comfortable, even in August. There are mosquitoes nets in all the windows. The family bathroom has large bath and separate shower. The rental comes complete with luxury linens, towels and beach towels. The cottage is secluded and quiet, it has a double bedroom, separate living room with flat screen TV and DVD player (no SKY in cottage, but there is Spanish TV), kitchenette and shower room. It has a sunny and a shaded outside seating areas. Ideal for grand parents or noisy teenagers

Notes:
The villa is fully equipped. It’s a great party house, with large areas for people to meet in, both inside the house and outside on the terraces. There are 12 sun loungers around the pool, two extra, so room for a visitor or two. The dining tables, one inside, one outside, each comfortably seat 10 people together. There are sofas on the front terrace under the llidoner tree to relax enjoying the views. There are also sofa's by the pool and dining facities. The BBQ and Paella kitchen are close to the pool.
There are picnic chairs and crockery to take to the beach. There are several bicycles, two with baby seats to enjoy the a quiet cycle into Denia. There is a narrow gauge railway line at the end of the road which can take you to Denia in 7 mins or to several small towns within 30 mins. You can take the bicycles on the train too. Lovely way to see the neighbouring villages. There are quiet areas where one can be alone and just relax enjoying the bird so
