Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payments accepted by bank transfer. Balance payments in cash can also be arranged.
A safety (damages) deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €150 is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to arrival. The damages deposit will be returned within 48 hours of departure by bank transfer if anything in order.
In winter time when heating is used there is a charge of €100 per week for oil for the heating tank
Change over day
This is flexible dependent on other bookings.

The main floor comprises a large open plan living/kitchen/dining and separate WC - all with access to a long terrace overlooking the pool area.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms. Access to a split level roof terrace of over 120sq.m.
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bathroom on this floor has large walk-in in hydrotherapy shower. All rooms have terraces bar twin. Huge open plan lower floor lounge with direct access to terrace and pool. This space can comfortably accommodate up to four more people.
Outside
Private swimming pool 8x4m for private use of guests only, surrounded by wooden sun-deck with sunbeds and garden. Wonderful views of the Natural Park.
