Duncans Villa Summary
The villa has a large living room and dining room for comfortable relaxing and dining. The spacious walk out verandah is also used for outdoor dining. A pathway down the hillside leads to a secluded gazebo half way down to the beach. The large swimming pool with pool deck for sunning affords views of the sea, beach and stunning Caribbean sunsets.
Quadrille has 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, the fourth has an adjoining bathroom. The Master bedroom and Bedroom #2 are on the upper level; the other two are on the lower level.
Bedroom Configuration:
-Master Bedroom Upper level, ocean (north) view. King bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and full bath, Jacuzzi and shower.
-Bedroom 2 Upper level, ocean view. Queen bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and bathroom with full bath and shower.
-Bedroom 3 Lover level. King bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, full bath.
-Bedroom 4 Lower level. King bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and full bath. Ocean view.
