Intermediate season rentals for two weeks or more are flexible for arrival day.
(All payments may be made in UK Pounds, or Euro to bank accounts in UK, or Germany at reasonable exchange rate to be agreed at the time of first payment)
Free dry firewood for woodburning stove and open fireplace in cooler months,
Plus metered gas at cost for central heating in winter (approx 16 UK pounds a day, depending on usage), with deposit to cover it, adjusted by usage after rental. - £600 as booking/security deposit for one or two weeks reservation, to be credited to Bank account by bank transfer with signed contract returned within 5 days of provisional booking. (For each additional week, add one nights cost as part of the deposit.)
Booking /Security deposit is progressively non-refundable if booking cancelled (details in contract). The deposit is refundable (minus £200, or currency equivalent , final cleaning & laundry charge) after visit, subject to no damage or loss. - 50% payment for the full rental cost before 56 days from booking start date.
50% payment for the full rental cost before 28 days from booking start date, after which joining instructions and other information will be e mailed.
Reservation may be cancelled at owners discretion if full payment is not received by 28 days before booking start date.

- One of the shower rooms is a wet room shower (separate from the bedrooms), with WC & washbasin. All the remaining showers are similar in design to the one shown in the photo with mosaic tiles walls, massive travertine stone (200Kg each!) shower trays, and modern 'water-fall' type showers with a diverter to a hand-shower. There is at least one WC / washbasin on each of the three floors of the property.There are 4 hair dryers at Villa Elefanti.

- One of the double bed bedrooms is next to the large shower-room (with wash basin & wc & bidet) shown in the photo. The twin bedded room has an en-suite shower room with WC & washbasin Both other double bedded rooms have en-suite shower room with wc & washbasin & bidet The twin bedded bedroom and one of the double bedded rooms are off the same corridor beyond double doors, and so create a family unit if needed. 3 of the bedrooms face west, with shutters. The bedroom from the roof terrace faces east, has an oval window, and no shutters.. 2 Cot(s) + bottom sheets + 2 baby alarms + 2 changing mats + 2 pottys + 1 high chair available free on request. (I also have a friend with a gorgeous house for rent (sleeps 4 in two bedrooms) & garden also with views and a private pool, 1.5 km away. Contact me about it if needed.)
