Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit; A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to secure your booking. The final balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a fully refundable security deposit of £150 ($200) to cover breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your return home subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company. Payment options are available - please ask for details.
- The BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of all Guests, therefore it is the responsibility of guests making use of this facility to clean it prior to their departure. Unfortunately if the BBQ is left dirty a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Check out time is 10.00 hrs local time on the day of departure. Please note late check out fee will be made after this time. Check in time is not before 16.00 hrs local time on the day of arrival. The whole villa is designated as non-smoking for safety and comfort. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc.
For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £100. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. - Pool heat; Pool heat is available at an extra charge of £100 per week. Please note, pool heat is normally required October - May
