A 20% deposit is due at time of booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
A US$300 security deposit will be required which will be refunded following the home inspection at the end of your vacation.
Our management company will collect this refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
Pool heating can be purchased at the time of booking (recommended October to April) or on arrival, from the management company. The cost for pool heating is £15 per day.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge.
Payments paid in Sterling or Dollars will not incur transfer charges - A 10% discount will be offered to guests booking 3 weeks or more consecutively

Our villa is 15mins from Disney & easily reached from Orlando Airport (30mins) or Sanford Airport (50mins).
