- FREE Wireless internet + you don´t have to bring your computer with you as you will have an IPAD 2 in the cottage to read your mails and read the news - NOT for downloading files- Streaming or heavy usage. If you use much you might have to fill at your own cost.
1/3 of the rental fee is required as a booking deposit and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
Cleaning is done by renter. Self-cleaning.
Bedding (linen) and towels per person GBP 15 / EUR 20 not optional.
Weekend days are:Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
Baby-cot, baby-chair is available in cottage. - Arrival at cottage: First rental date, at you desposal from 16.00 hours.- / Please infrom us if cleaning is not first class.
Departure from cottage must be before 13.00 on last day - Cottage must be fully cleanded and ready!. The cottage is equipped with both a washer and a drying machine so all can be done in one wash.. Remember to start early to wash on last day to be ready before 13.00.
If not cleaned properly an extra fee of GBP 110 will be added to the account of renter.

- Upstairs we have one large double bed and on same floor is the TV room and there is a bed-sofa that sleeps 2, downstairs there is also a big bed sofa that sleeps 2. So no problem to sleep 6 however 4 is comfy! Best to see all in our homepage. http://hellnar.wetpaint.com/
