Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• All prices are included of VAT. 30% deposit upon booking, Balance on arrival. The prices are per villa per week, from Saturday to Saturday, with advance booking. Upon request, it is possible to book stays for less than a week (min.5 nights within the week sat/sat) except period from May 18th to September 14th. It's possible to book stays for additional weeks, up to a maximum of 4.
  
  WHAT IS INCLUDED: • Welcome pack • Exclusive use of the garden and car park • Exclusive use of swimming pool: open from May 18th to September 28th. • Bed linen and bath towels • Water consumption • Gas consumption (except for heating) • Electricity consumption up to Euro 40. The average cost per week is around Euro 35 (depending of use). The estimate is made excluding the use of air conditioning (see “Extra Cost”).
• • Internet ADSL Wireless • Baby cot, children chair, children linen are available for two babies.
  
  EXTRA COST: • Refundable security deposit Euro 450 at check-in. It will be returned to you when you check out, minus the compulsory cleaning- on-departure charge of Euro 100 and the cost of any damage or breakages • Gas for heating during the cold months (usually from October to April) according to consumption, at Euro 4.50 per cubic metre. Average cost per week is around Euro 190, depending on weather conditions and duration of use • Electricity according to consumption above Euro 40 at Euro 0,35 per kW (up to Euro 40 is included). The electricity for air conditioning is checkable separately by a specific electricity meter.
• ON REQUEST: • two extra persons can be placed on a sofà-bed into the relax room with a supplement of Euro 200 per week per person • Home chef, wine tasting and win-tour are available but it comes to external services, so it must be agreed on booking (service subject to availability).
  
  WHAT IS NOT AVAILABLE: • Phone • PC • Coal for BBQ • Breakfast, lunch and dinner • Cleaning lady • Lifeguard • Tourist assistant and personal shopper.
  
  BOOKING PROCEDURE: Ask for availability. In case of availability you can make the reservation request. So we put the villa on hold for 5 days within which you have to pay the deposit. Once we receive the deposit we send you the voucher that must be presented on arrival. Cancellations made will be subject only to a cancellation charge of the deposit.
