Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- PAYMENT – A 20% deposit will be required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque in US$ or £sterling.
Bedding changes and house cleaning is done once per week. This can be carried out more regularly if you would prefer (at extra charge).
CANCELLATIONS - A 12 week notice period is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than12 weeks prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

- All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Master has King Size bed, the second bedroom has a King size 4 poster bed, the third bedroom has a double(which is on the ground floor), and the forth bedrooms has a twin single beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms/dressing rooms. Bedding is Egyptian cotton and there are summer weight duvets available for all beds. The master bedroom has wonderful sea views from its private terrace, it boasts a large dressing room, and both a shower, and bath in the en suite bathroom. There is an additional upstairs terrace with sea views for use by occupants of the other bedrooms.
