Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The cottage is booked at the time of receipt of a deposit of 25% of the rental; the balance of rent is due six weeks before arrival. Please use booking form on owners website : www.westcovelettings.com.
It is an express condition of the booking that the Proprietor is not responsible for any loss or damage which may be sustained by tenants or their visitors.
If The cottage is not claimed by 10pm on the due day of arrival, it will be re-let without further reference to the clients, except when prior notice has been given.
The cottage must be left tidy. Any damage or breakages must be paid for before departure and Katherine Casey (the caretaker), is entitled to fix the amount due.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the balance of the full rental has been received, then this will be repaid if the property is subsequently re-let (less 10% administration costs).
