- Westcove House is booked at the time of receipt a deposit of 25% of the rent The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Please use booking form on owners website- www.westcovelettings.com.
Payment accepted by Direct Transfer,-(details sent on request)-, Visa/Mastercard , or personal cheque:- Euro ,(or Sterling at current exchange rate.)
It is a condition of the booking that the Proprietor is not responsible for any loss or damage which may be sustained by tenants or their visitors.
The House must be left tidy. Any damage / breakages must be paid for before departure .- Katherine Casey (the caretaker), is entitled to fix the amount due.
A Damages Deposit may be requested,
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the balance of the full rental has been received, then this will be repaid if the property is subsequently re-let (less 10% administration costs).
Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing
