Spoleto Apartment Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• - Prices refer to 1 week / 2 persons / 1 bedroom
  - For 3 or 4 nights we submitt price upon request
  - For more than two week reservation and longer stay we will be glad to submit you a proposal
  - We will email you a link with additional Pictures and info for each apartment proposed
  - For 3 up to 6 persons we will submit you a proposal.
  
  - Above prices include:
  1 week accommodation for 2 persons ;
  A rich welcome basket for your breakfast;
  Electricity, water and gas for the kitchen and bathroom needs;
  Access to the equipped swimming pool (in season), reserved to people hosted in property only;
  Bed linen, bath and pool towel and kicthen and table clothes, replaced every end of the week;
  Cleaning of the unit before arrival.
  
  - Prices do not include
  Heating (in season)
  Final cleaning/week: Euro 40,00 for 2 persons; Euro 60,00 for 4 , Euro 90,00 for 6
  Additional bed linen and bath and pool towel change
  Daily cleaning of the unit, upon reservation with 24H notice
• General Conditions
  
  1- Required to secure the booking:
  a.Your VISA or MASTERCARD details and a non refundable deposit corresponding to 30% of the reservation price
  
  2- Cancellation policy:
  
  2.1- in the event you ask for cancellation or change of your reserved period we will do our utmost for accommodating you and try to resell the cancelled period. In such case we will be glad to refund what you have paid deducted the costs incurred.
  Otherwise, a penalty of 50% of the reservation price will be debited in case of Cancellation or Change of the reservation within 90 days before the arrival date. 100% will be charged beyond that date.
  2.2- No refund will be possible in case of modification of the length of stay or advanced departure.
  
  3- A refundable security cash deposit of Euro 300,00 will be required upon arrival.
• 4- Check-in is due between 5,00 pm and 7,00 pm of the Saturday of arrival. Different arrival day and check-in time will be agreed in advance when possible.
  5- Check-out is due from 8,00 to 9,30 am of the departure day
  6- Smoking is not permitted, but in the open common spaces
  7- Pets are not admitted
  8- Children are welcome. Parents will make sure they do non disturb the other guests.
  9- Accomodation for 6 persons will be offered in 2 apartments located aside (occupying one full floor of the house, with private entrance and exclusive covered open gallery) with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathroom. Please ask for more information and price.
