Admin charges apply if paying by credit card or paypal. - We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking and then the balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks before the date of the holiday. Payment can be made in US dollars, UK Pounds or Euros. Full terms and conditions will be sent with the booking form.
Credit card details must be provided to our management company to act as a security deposit. - Prices include a 3% discount for paying by bank transfer or check.

Bedroom 2 'America' again with super-king bed, 20' flat screen TV and DVD, large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 'Mexico' with super-king bed , 20' TV and DVD and en-suite bathroom.
