Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are for the property per week in Euros and includes Maid service 7 days a week between 09.00-13.00. and continental breakfast between 09.00-10.00. Please note there are no extra charges for heating the house or indoor swimming pool.
Payment by international bank transfer please. First payment due is a 30 % non-refundable reservation deposit. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Balance due 28 days before holiday arrival date.
Please note that there will be a cash deposit of 500 euros payable on arrival to cover any damage during your stay.
Subject to availability we can offer reduced rates for up to 4 people. Low Season €1,600 per week. Mid-Season €2,600 per week. Changeover day Thursdays. Arrival is no earlier than 4pm and departure by 11 am. Please call ahead if late arrival. At times other than High Season we can be more flexible. Please ask.
