- Finca de Palmero is rented on a self catering basis. Rental rates are for the property per week in Euros and includes Maid service for the servicing of bedrooms 6 days a week between 09.00-13.30 (not available on Tuesdays) . Self service continental breakfast included in the rental between 9.00 and 10:00 (not available on Tuesdays). Please note there are no extra charges for heating the house or indoor swimming pool.
Payment by international bank transfer please. First payment due is a 30 % non-refundable reservation deposit. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Balance due 28 days before holiday arrival date. Please note that there will be a cash deposit of 500 euros payable on arrival to cover any damage during your stay-refundable on departure.
