We do not penalise holiday visitors with a higher rental in July and August, school holidays, Half Term etc. The quality you get is the same whenever you come, so we just charge one rate for any date.
A fully refundable Security Deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking, in addition to the rent. The full rental is due for payment 8 weeks before your holiday start-date
Please note - [1] the house is not available between 5th October and 3rd May [2] The rental for 3/4 people sharing is £885 per week, all Linen & Towels included.
