- A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental price is required in advance to hold your booking. The remainder to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Rates are inclusive of all service charges: including maid service twice a week with towel change. Bed linen is changed every week. Daily maid service can be arranged at a small additional charge.
Water and electricity are also included. However we ask that the AC is not used when you are not in the apartment as electricity is very expensive in Thailand.
Complementary use of the clubhouse facilities is available, as is use of the gym and fitness centre and the games room.

- The apartment sleeps 5 people plus an infant. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed. It has a bathroom ensuite and offers full pool and garden views through patio windows. There is a safe for your valuables in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two permanent single beds and one fold-up bed. It offers hillside views. A child's cot and highchair are also provided. Both bedrooms offer remote control air-conditioning, ceiling fans, dressing tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside lamps.
