Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter rates include only 6 bedrooms, not 12, as upper floor is not heated. Heating is included.
Cleaning and linens are included. Half board can be pre-booked at a supplement, as can single meals. The cook however will be happy to shop with you and help prepare your meals. - 50% deposit payable by bank transfer is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate. Special arrangements made for last minute bookings.
