Prices are based on a capacity of 6 persons and rates may be reduced for smaller parties - A deposit of 20% secures booking and balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A breakage deposit of €150 is to be paid on arrival or in advance if preferred, in cash or direct to Bank Account.
Cash will be refunded on day of departure following a satisfactory inspection by our representative.
Check-in time on day of arrival is from 3pm onwards and check-out time on day of departure is on or before 11am. This is to allow adequate time for a professional clean prior to our next guests arriving however we are very flexible depending on bookings same day.
We can arrange private collection from airport by our Representativ for a very reasonable €60 - For more information on this special offer please contact owner.
Please note that bookings not accepted if all members of the party are less than 25 years old.
Price inclusive of bed linen (changed weekly) and towels (changed twice weekly, cot and high chair are free of charge. Beach towels are supplied if required.

Abundance of storage, fitted wardrobes, digital safe, cream wooden furniture and ' Valentino' paintings. This bedroom is a place of tranquility and calm and well away from lounge and kitchen areas. Green Bedroom has two extra large size single beds which can be joined if preferred to make a kingsize bed. This bedroom occupies a corner site. Abundance of wardrobe space, sunken lighting and cream wooden bedside lockers with green accessories. Blue Bedroom also has two extra large single beds which can be joined if preferred to a kingsize bed. Lots of storage space and fitted wardrobes. Cream furniture and 'blue' accessories.
