Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• A deposit of £100 per week is needed to reserve the dates of your choice, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
• POOL HEATER
  £90 per week We recommend that you take this option between the months of October through to March if you wish to use the pool. Electric pool heaters are expensive to operate. The pump turns on whenever the pool filter is on for approximately 7 to 9 hours a day. The desired water temperature is set at 86°F. However, if the air temperature drops below 50°F, the pump will not be able to operate as they rely on sucking warm air in as part of its operation. Although the pump will still be operating, it will not be able to heat the water. Unfortunately, the operating cost remains the same and no refund can be made. In saying that, the normal average temperature does not drop below 50°F.
• SECURITY BOND
  This is a payment of £150.00 payable upon completion of the Booking Form in relation to loss or damage occurring during the Client’s stay at the Accommodation. The Security Bond will be refunded after a satisfactory report from the management company within 14 days of completion of the Holiday Period. Should loss or damage caused by the Client to the Accommodation be of a value in excess of the Security Bond, then the Client shall fully reimburse owners of any outstanding amounts within 14 days of the completion of the Holiday Period.
