The inviting Master Suite is arranged in an exclusive Caribbean style and offers a panorama view over the pool and the canal as well as direct access to the the pool area via glass sliding doors. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and telephone are the standard equipment. The second bedroom has been arranged with great attention to details, as well - you will enter a typically Caribbean flamingo pink world. It is spacious and could therefore also be equipped with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is also arranged in bright and friendly colors.

Sat-TV with more than 100 channels (3 German), stereo, DVD player, flat TV, heated pool (40m2). The patio (protected against insects) offers a large space to relax and sunbathe without being disturbed. Numerous deckchairs are provided in the patio and around the pool. A professional team takes care of the garden and the pool every week. People in charge of the property management speak German and are here to make you feel at home and have a wonderful stay.
Information about boating: There are several boat rentals in Cape Coral and Matlache, where you can rent motor boats in all different sizes. You do not need to hold a boat driver license. You can easily reach Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island off the coast of Cape Coral, or discover Cape Coral's 700 kilometers of canals or its numerous lakes. Our property management is pleased to help you with that. You can rent a boat and dock it on our properties just as you please.
Useful information about Cape Coral: A paradise for sunbathers, aquatic athletes, anglers and golfers. There are numerous tennis and golf courts in Cape Coral and the area around. Due to its mild, subtropical climate, Florida is worth visiting in any season. In spring, autumn and winter, temperatures are around 20 - 30° C; in summer, temperatures of up to 34 ° C are normal. Due to its subtropical climate, you can find a whole variety of tropical flowers in Cape Coral, blooming all year long. Shopping all around the clock - it is made possible by shopping centres and supermarkets all over the city. Restaurants and bars for every taste with friendly service can be found everywhere.
