Our rental is a complete package and includes among others 11% Florida tax, house briefing and support from German-speaking property management, telephone use in regional areas (local calls), wireless high speed internet access, pool service and gardening, bedding, hand and bath towels. Extra costs like electricity charges up to $ 35 a week is included. Any additional costs beyond that will be deducted from the deposit. Wireless high speed internet is free.
A caution deposit of $ 450 is due upon signing the contract. Rent shall be paid upon handing over the house.

- There are 3 bedrooms, maximum of 6 persons can sleep, Suite D-Lite - 1 double bed (large), queen size. Flamingo room - 1 double bed (large), queen size. Caribbean room - 2 single beds, twin size. The inviting master suite is decorated in exclusive Caribbean style and has pool view and canal view as well as direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors and has en-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi. Air-conditioning, ceiling fan and telephone are standard. The 2nd bedroom has also been furnished with great attention to detail and you can jump in to the Caribbean flamingo pink. It is spacious and therefore could also be provided with a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and has also been furnished bright and friendly.
