- Payment Details
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total rent or $300, whichever is higher, is due within two (2) days of your initial reservation. Deposit can be paid by credit, debit or check.
• Upon confirmation of receipt of payment we will send an email to confirm your booking. The booking is considered provisional until the deposit is confirmed.
• If paying balance by credit card, payment of the balance will be taken 30 days prior to your arrival and a service fee will apply. If paying by check, payment of the balance is required 4 - 6 weeks in advance of the arrival date.
• The accommodation rates quoted are per night (not per person) and include electricity, air conditioning, heating (when applicable), local telephone calls, cable TV, Internet (in most villas), bed linens, towels and the use of all of the amenities and facilities. Rates quoted will be specified as inclusive of Florida sales & tourist tax or tax will be added to the rate. - Cancellation Details
• Cancellations must be confirmed to us in writing. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation cancellation charges will be as follows:
o from booking to 4 weeks prior to arrival date - loss of deposit
o 4 weeks prior to arrival - loss of 100% of total rental charges.
• Please ensure that you have Travel insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial loss. We can provide this through Travel Guard at a cost of 7% of your trip value. Please let us know if you would like more information. The policy coverage is very extensive for the price. - Additional equipment such as cots, high chairs, strollers and BBQs are available at an extra charge, payable to the management company. Management office hours are 9-5 Monday-Sunday. Please allow up to 24 hrs for delivery of these items.

The kitchen comprises of a larger oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher and waste disposal. A coffee maker, toaster and electric tin opener will be found on the work top. There is a washing machine and dryer to be found on the first floor. The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV, perfect for sports fans. High speed internet access and telephones with free calls within the USA. The property is suitable for most disabled guest as all the needed facilities can be found on the ground floor. The front door is wide enough for wheelchair access and there is no step or door bar. All rooms have been fitted with window blinds and insect screens air conditioning and fans. The Master Suite is equipped with a combination safe for the secure storage of your valuables, passports and personal effects.
