Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To secure your rental dates, a non-refundable deposit of 10% (of the the total holiday value) is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival and commencement of the rental use period. A security deposit of up to £150 / $250 is also payable at this time, in the unlikely event of damage or breakages. This will be refunded in full, following a satisfactory end of rental inspection. Prices quoted are in GBP Sterling (£). Payment can be made by cheque (GBP £ Sterling), check ($ US Dollar) or by credit / debit card via PayPal. The quoted rates are inclusive of electricity and water charges and all local taxes. Linen and towels (except swimming towels) are provided for your stay and are included in these rates. Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays of less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of £50. Reduced rates may be available for stays greater than 15 nights – please contact owner.
- Please note that stays over Thanksgiving & Easter are charged at the Peak rate. Cancellations more than 10 weeks prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of your 10% deposit. Cancellations within 5-10 weeks of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total holiday cost and within 0-5 weeks will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total holiday cost. Our full “Terms & Conditions of Booking” are available on request.
- Additional equipment such as cots, high chairs, strollers and BBQs are available at an extra charge, payable locally to our on-site management company.

- Being the largest villa type, you'll really appreciate the spacious accommodation, which comfortably sleeps 8 adults, in the privacy and comfort of their own separate bedrooms. Should you need to sleep 10, the Lounge is also equipped with a full-size sofa bed to accommodate another 2 adults. For your convenience, there are 2 Master Suites - 1 King on the 1st Floor and 1 Queen on the Ground Floor (which is perfectly suited to those with mobility difficulties). Ample storage for clothes and personal effects is provided with a full range of quality bedroom furniture and built-in closets with hanging space. A Hairdryer is provided in each Master Suite. We know it's important to have some quiet time and relax, after a busy day at the parks! All bedrooms are equipped with the latest, flat screen HDTVs - King Master Suite - 42' JVC, Queen Master Suite - 42' JVC, Bedroom 3 - 32' Philips, Bedroom 4 - 32' Philips. Connections are provided for cameras, DVD players and games consoles.

For the security conscious - the property is secured by a monitored ADT intruder alarm system, for your added peace of mind and security and the King Master Suite is equipped with a combination safe for the secure storage of your valuables, passports and personal effects. A full set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils is provided (for 10 guests) - including coffee maker, toaster, kettle, knife set, electric can opener, salad bowl, platters, dishes, cookware, glasses, plates, mugs, cutlery. Our home is also equipped with an iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan & mop, waste disposal unit. A washing machine & dryer is provided in a separate 1st Floor Laundry Room.
