Our minimum rental period is normally 30 days. Please enquire deals for two weeks and for longer stays. - PAYMENTS: We accept payments by bank transfer directly to our bank account in USA.
When we receive the signed rental agreement, we will send you an invoice with total amount due and the payment details.
If you book more than 6 weeks before your arrival date, we will require a 20 % deposit to confirm the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance which is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
If your booking is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will require full payment at the time of booking.
