-1 time fee of €50 charge for maintenance of our villas.
-CHECK-IN is at 15.30PM and CHECK-OUT is '9.30AM.
-35% deposit to secure booking. The remaining Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior arrival.
-A refundable security deposit of €300 (if British residents £300 into our uk account 1 week prior arrival) to be handed in upon arrival in cash.
