Stays for 5 nights or less have an additional cleaning charge of $75.
Discounts are given to stays of 21 nights or more.
Minimum stay is 5 nights.
A security deposit is required at the time of reservation. This can either be US$250 or £150 and is returned within 14 days after the end of your rental period proividing there is no damage or breakages.

Notes:
During the last few years, both the inside and outside were totally redecorated and much of the house refurbished, with a new sofa, bed linen and towels throughout the villa, plus a 42' HD flat screen TV, DVD player with 5.1 sound system and PS2 games console, Pool table, ceramic hob and fan oven. In March 2010 we completed a full replacement of the kitchen with new cupboards and worktops, fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer, new front loading washer and even the kitchen sink.
For wheelchair guests, please note the bedrooms are upstairs although there is a bathroom and sofa bed on the ground floor. Children are most welcome and they have a special disney bedroom waiting just for them.
