Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement. - To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or credit card, the Balance of 75% will be paid 60 days prior check in date.
Security deposit: Euro 500,00 (paid locally by cash in euro , or in UK pounds or US Dollars) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage
