- Costs include End Clean plus 12 hours of Maid Service per week. Additional cleaning available on request. Cooking may be provided at an extra charge. Rates for longer stays available on request.
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required for all reservations (€45 for up to €1500 of damage).
A 50% deposit payable by bank transfer is due at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within a 60 days of the arrival date, 100% of the rental due is required to secure the booking. - Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
