Richmond & Kew Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 20% deposit is required at time of booking with balance payable 2 weeks before rental commences. Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the property can be re-let for period booked.
Booking is not confirmed until deposit is received and cleared. - Check-in is from 4pm on day that rental is due to commence, and check-out is at 11 am on the day after the last night booked. Depending on bookings, you may contact me to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure times by a few hours, or to arrange for an early bag drop.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Rates include tax, electricity and gas Final house clean and final laundry for stays of less than 5 days are charged at £150.
Apartment accommodates 8 guests, but we can accommodate extra children sharing, by arrangement. - At the end of your stay if you wish to extend and the property is not already booked, additional nights will be charged at 250 pounds per night (approx $400 US) or the full weekly rate should you reserve a further week.
Payment may be made in British Pounds by direct bank transfer, through HomeAway or by PayPal
Payment for the British Pound equivalent ( exchange rate on the day of payment) may be made in Euro or US dollars by PayPal

For stays shorter than 5 days,a cleaning cost of £150 is charged. -Extra children can be accommodated by arrangement. -Master bedroom is light and airy with full fronted sash windows, super king size bed, sofa, large flat screen LCD TV, DVD and ipod docking station. 2 large wardrobes/cupboards afford ample storage. Plenty of space for a cot or child bed, available on request. Main bathroom with underfloor heating and skylights is across the landing. -Bedroom 2 is self-contained with shower/toilet, mini-kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. A super king bed, LCD tv/dvd/ipod docking, desk and chair complete the room. There is plenty of space for a cot if requested. -Bedroom 3 has a double bed and shower room. -Stairs lead to a sunny loft playroom/ 4th double bedroom with toys, books and dvds. This bedroom/ playroom arrangement is more suited to a family than to 2 couples.
