Cortona Farmhouse Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Only 1 additional charge which is optional. That is the Air Conditioning which we ask a € 50.00 per week for each apartment.
A damage deposit of € 250 is payable but will be returened emmediately if everything is in order.
All our 1 bedroom apartments ( sleeps 2+2) are € 695 per week Or € 100 per night
Our 2 bedroom Apartment ( sleeps 4+2) is € 895.00 per week Or € 130 per night
Our Local coucil tax is € 2 per person per night for the 1st 4 nights only ( children under 12 do not pay)
All bedding,Linen,towels & pool towels, Cleaning of the Apt before & after are all included in the price
No glass is allowed by the pool......plastic glasses are available
No smoking inside the Villa Apt please.
