The departure clean costs $85.00.
We do ask for a breakage deposit on paying the balance of the booking, $200.00, this should be returned after the house is checked.for any damage.

- All bedrooms have their own LCD TV All rooms have fully air conditioned. Full size cots are available for hire, we have a packnplay for guests use in the house. The master bedroom also has a DVD player, radio alarm and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 and 3 have radio alarms and ceiling fans. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds, top bunk suitable for one child preferably over 6 years, bottom bunk sleeps 2 children.
