No additional charge is made for use of air conditioning, water and electricity - these costs are included in the rental prices quoted.
A maid service is provided and the villa will be cleaned regularly and the bedding and towels changed twice a week.
If a more regular service is required, this can be arranged and a cost negotiated.
The pool will be regularly cleaned and maintained.
A Welcome Pack is provided for guests upon arrival with compliments of the owner.
On-site help is on hand for any questions, assistance required.
