Long term lets of my Cyprus holiday apartment is available at severely reduced rates - stays at my Cyprus apartment of 1 month or more outside of peak or high season maybe subject to upto 30% discount.
Payment preferably via bank or on-line transfer to bank account - details will be provided on confirmation. Cheques and PAYPAL also accepted.
Supplement may be added for mid week/ half week stays at my Cyprus rental apartment. For High and Peak season there will be an A/C (air conditioning) supplement for electricity in line with Cyprus tourist board recommended rates.
The holiday apartment will be subject to a full professional pre-arrival clean. Linen and towels will be refreshed weekly only. - Balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 12 weeks before occupancy of my Cyprus apartment commences. Apartment bookings of less than one week's occupancy or late bookings within 12 weeks of arrival will need to be paid in full at time of booking.
A FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of £100 minimum is required, and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from apartment in Cyprus, subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys. The security deposit may be higher depending on length of stay, number and age of guests.
Changeover days maybe flexible. Generally - Check in of holiday apartment is after 3pm on day of arrival. Check out generally before 11am on day of departure (an earlier check in may be available if there is not a changeover on the same day). Dependent on availability of my Cyprus rental apartment - please ask for preferred times. - CANCELLATION POLICY:
The initial holiday booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is possible to cancel the apartment booking upto 5 weeks before the arrival date with the following refunds:

- This is a 1 bedroom holiday Cyprus rental apartment in the Sundays complex on Kennedy Avenue with a double sofa bed in the living room. The Cyprus apartment sleeps upto 4 people. From the Cyprus rental apartment bedroom you have excellent sea views over the horizon. The bedroom is fitted with wardrobes and furnished with a King size (extra large double) bed and two bed side drawers with storage. There are floor to ceiling glass patio doors opening to the balcony of the Cyprus rental apartment. The bedroom is fitted with sun cancelling blinds which block out the sun light to ensure you get a great nights sleep and are not awoken unexpectedly early by the morning sun rise. Balcony chairs, table and sun loungers are stored in the bedroom of my Cyprus rental apartment while the property is vacant, to keep the furniture clean. These can be easily moved outdoors onto the balcony on arrival.

Other Things to Do and See: Cyprus is a small island (240km across) so it is possible to drive from East to West coast in less than 3 hours. My Cyprus rental apartment is located on East Coast, near to the North-South divide. It is possible to travel to North Cyprus. A short drive will take you to the Capital of Cyprus - Nicosia, ancient historic sites such as 'Kition' near Larnaca and Limassol, or the Mountains of Troodos where you can even got skiing. Cyprus is an island of legends that basks all year-round in the warm Mediterranean sun. A storied past 10,000 years long has seen civilizations come and go and the likes of everyone from Alexander the Great to Cleopatra stake their claim here. Aphrodite was born in Cyprus and made her home here. Travellers throughout antiquity came here just to pay her tribute.
