At your arrival I will show you the Flat and you like it, I will ask you to pay a whole amount of money + a little Cautionary Deposit of Euro(€) 100 (with signed receipt), that will be returned to you at your departure when you redeliver the keys unless there are damages in the Flat.

P.S. we usually wait You to the stop of the Vaporetto of CA' REZZONICO (Line 1), next to the apartment.
P.S. we usually get into the Flat in the afternoon and free it in the late morning, but if there are the problems of schedule, we always succeed in solving them. - Suggestions to arrive in the Flat:please ask us for details.
A) - If you arrive by Train (Station Saint Lucy), you can catch a Vaporetto (boat) that leaves every 10 minutes in front of the station. You will go along the amazing Canal Grande (about 20 minute) and get off at Ca’ Rezzonico which near the Flat.
If you wish to take a Motorboat Taxi, thare are no problem because they are numerous in front of the railway station and in five minutes you will in front of the door of the flat in Campo San Barnaba.
B) - If you will come by CAR to Square Rome (Station Saint Lucy) you will have to park your car at the town parking where you will have to pay a ticket of about € 24 every 24 hours. The parking is on the right side of the square.
(Then see point A). - C) - If you arrive by Plane (Marco Polo Airport to Tessera is at about 10 Km from the centre of Venice) you can either take a taxi or a sus up to Piazzale Roma (then see Point A). there also the possibility to take a Boat-Taxi and anjoy up to the door of the Flat in San Barnaba through Canal Grande and Rio San Barnaba.
D) - If you don't have much luggage, you can WALK from the railway and bus station following the directions for Ponte ACCADEMIA it will be a 10 minute walk of about 1 Km among bridge and Campielli (little square) to arrive at Campo San Barnaba, Ca’ Rezzonico.
P.S. no matter which means of transport you choose, don’t worry because there will cartain by someone of my family to help you on the phone and wait for you.
