Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

You can also pay in GB£ and we also accept a cheque for Sterling payments. We will quote you in the currency that we believe is correct for your requirements normally based upon your telephone number.
We add the following two fixed charges to your booking quote.
1. 13% sales tax is added to the rates given.
2. Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW), covering breakages up to the value of $500 is required and added to your booking quotation which is £45/($70).
And that is it.

Pool heat is available, if desired for $35/£25 per day excluding 13% sales tax. We recommend pool heat from October to March but it is available at any time.
Bookings of less than one week all incur an additional cleaning charge of $145 excluding taxes (13%)
Special offers on pool heat are available for some stays over 7 nights. - You can pay in US$ or GBP direct to our account. For the UK and those paying in GB£ we accept cheques and payments via bank accounts. Payment in US$ can be made via our bank account or via Pay Pal using a card which is subject to their usual comission charge of 4%. If you wish to confirm the dates a non refundable deposit is required of 20% of the total booking value to secure the reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive cleared funds and we confirm the receipt of these funds. The balance is required 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa will indicate your desire to cancel the reservation and you accept your deposit is lost. Rates are subject to change without notice but once confirmed and your booking deposit is paid your price is fixed and cannot be changed by us. If you book within 10 weeks of travel, the total cost is due immediately upon making your reservation.
- Access details to the villa will be given approximately 10-14 days prior to departure. We give you access codes direct from us. All you need to do is go direct to the house, enter the code and enjoy the facilities the house has to offer. Our managing agents in Kissimmee have all authority neccsary to ensure your holiday is as comfortable as our description suggests.
Pool heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. It is not mandatory at any time though and also can be selected for any month.

- The bathrooms enjoy pleasant and luxurious accessories to make your relaxing time that bit more special. The house easily allows plenty to get ready at once given the high number of en suites. One master is found on the ground floor and four bathrooms are to be found on the first floor (3 are masters on this floor). The two children's bedrooms share a bathroom. One bathroom is particularly convenient on the ground floor with one of the master bedrooms which is ideal if there are more elderly guests staying.

The games room will ensure the family have a great time on the table football, pool darts, air hockey, and 60 in 1 arcade machine. Air conditioning is throughout the villa including the games room. Cable TV is provided throughout the house and wi-fi is available at no cost. The telephone permits free calls nationwide within the USA and international at no additional cost. The management company will ensure that all your needs are met and any special requests can normally be provided. Extra charges may apply. The pool has screening to the sides where the lanai is so you can enjoy your meals and drinks in private without being overlooked and you can then enjoy the stunning view of the lake and wildlife at the back!
