Normal use off electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed broadband wireless Internet, desktop pc with printer, free statewide (!) phone calls, use of gas Barbecue/Grill.
Our 51' HDTV offers you free use of digital cable with around 150 tv channels and 50 music channels. The system also provides HBO and pay per view. This way you can watch the latest movies with a push of the button. Prices vary from 1 to 10 dollars per movie. The use of pay per view is deducted from your security deposit, which in that case will not be returned within the normal two weeks but refunded after four weeks.
Minimal stay is 5 nights. Monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) are possible
Pool Heating is recommended between October and April and is available for $ 140 or 100 euro a week or $ 20 or 15 euro a day if stay is shorter than 7 days. - Booking Deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payments are accepted by Pay Pall!
Security Deposit (payable at time balance is due - 6 weeks prior arrival) $ 300 or 250 euro. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has arisen during stay.
There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the villa. If holiday dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 7 nights.
•The deposit of 30% of the rental cost will secure your reservation, which can be paid by Paypal (credit card at no charge). The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking. A security deposit of €250/$300 is required with your final payment. - This will normally be returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure.
We try to make this as easy as possible for you. We accept payment in either € euro or $ US. (€ payments will be converted to $US in case of payment in $ US) Your balance payment may be made by cashier cheque (mailed to the US); Paypal with credit card (4% service charge for these option) or Internet Banking in euro or dollar.

If you enjoy your privacy, you will appreciate the large swimming pool with extended pool deck, Jacuzzi spa, lanai and sun-bathing area, so no curious neighbours In both summer and wintertime our pool is sunfacing during the day. Most guests take advantage of the electric pool heat to keep the pool and the Jacuzzi spa to the comfortable 90 degrees. See yourself relaxing in the Jacuzzi spa in the middle of nature with a cold refreshment in your hand. Also to your convenience you will find a complete range of patio furniture, table and sunloungers and ceiling fan for those warm evenings. The pool is maintained weekly by our Management Company, and for the peace of mind for those of you with young children, we have installed a removable child security fence around the pool. Facilities outside include a large gas heated barbecue/grill, a full size dining table and chairs. At night the pool can be lighted.
Security Deposit & Month rates: A refundable security deposit is charged of $ 300,-- or 250 euro. We gladly ask you to use water and other utilities like you do at home. Don't leave the villa with all lights on and the air conditioner on high. Close doors and windows after leaving the villa. We appreciate your efforts taking care of our villa as you take care of your own home! We have special month rates available for January till April/may , ask owner for more information. Pool heating: App. $ 75 dollar a week. Ask owner for more information. Golf: There are about 60 golf courses in the neighbourhood, for instance within 10 miles you'll find the Back Diamond Golf and Country Club, The Grenelefe golf and country club and the PGA courses at Champion gate and Reunion. The excellent golf courses at Walt Disney World are within a 15 minutes car drive. Play golf year round thanks to the great Florida weather conditions!
