33% of the rental price (due to the owner) is required to confirm the definitive booking; the remaining amount has to be paid one month prior to arrival. The owner is not responsible for any transaction cost.
Please add 'end cleaning' cost: 60 Euro for two person, 75 Euro for three and more persons.
A security deposit of Euro 450 will be collected at arrival and refunded in full at departure, if the apartment is clean and tidy and no damages occurred.
Renting the apartment for more than 1 week, (2 weeks or more) we are giving a reduction of 10 % of the weekly rental price.

Check-out-time: 10:00 am
We do have a 'late arrival fee' for guests, who arrive after 8:00 pm in the evening of Euro 20,00.
