We will require a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week you are staying (i.e two weeks stay requires £200 deposit) when booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Weeks are not transferable.
Pool heat can be paid in advance or locally at a cost of $125 ( approx ) per week. $20 per night
Reservations of less than 6 nights will require an additional $110 for house cleaning.
A credit cared security deposit will be required by our agents on arrival to cover against damage.
