Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are in EUROS. Payment by bank transfer or paypal ( fees at your charge).
20 percent deposit is due at the time of booking,
50 percent payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date and full payment (+security deposit and cleaning fee) upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 30 euros fee will be charged for cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival but greater than 30 days prior to arrival, the fee of 30% of rental fee will be charged and for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and 15 days prior to arrival the entire cost of the stay is non-refundable (unless I find other renters).
Please remember, bank transfer and paypal commissions/fees at your charge. - A 300 eu security deposit is to cover any damages to the house+furnishings that will be returned within 30 days, according to damages incurred and any eventual repairs.
There is a 150 eu fee for cleaning after departure and all bed and bath linens.
Internet is free and unlimited (bring your laptop).
Bed linens and bath towels are included (bring your beach towels). - Please note check-in / check-out times :
Saturday check-in not before 3:00 PM but you are welcome to leave bags, etc. earlier.
Check-out by 10:00 for cleaning and changing beds. I am flexible if no other renters before arrival or after departure.
