Grindelwald Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We ask for 20% deposit on booking. The balance is due one month before arrival. The money is paid by bank transfer, we do not accept credit cards. The Tourist tax which is CHF3.60 per person/per night is not included in the rent. On arrival we require a security deposit of CHF300 in cash to cover damage and breakages. We will also collect the tourist tax on arrival which must be in cash. If the property is left in a unsatisfactory state we reserve the right to retain the deposit for cleaning .
There may be some changes in price depending on the rental week and also some flexibility on the minimum stay. It is always worth asking.
