Ipanema Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum rental period is normally 5 nights(see below).The standard rate is £190 per night inclusive all taxes.High season rate is £230 per night.50% deposit required to secure a reservation and full payment ,including the security deposit, must be made 30 days in advance of the booking.There can be discounts for longer bookings . A one off cleaning bill of £45 will be added to your bill to cover cleaning costs on your departure.Also a security deposit of £300 will be required.This will be returned to you once the apartment is oked by my manager in Rio,within 5 days of your departure.We can supply our own named driver with special airport pick up service in an air conditioned car for the very competitive rate of BR R80.
Check-in: 15.00 hrs
Check-out: 12.00 hrs - New Year and Carnival are subject to a 10 day min. booking period.Special rate is £4600 inclusive.Full payment must be made in this instance only at the time of booking.PLEASE NOTE NY 2012 SOLD OUT,ALSO CARNIVAL 2013/14 ALSO SOLD OUT.
Bookings of less than 5 nights are sometimes possible(and may be subject to a surcharge), providing there happens to be an appropriate time gap between confirmed bookings.
If you need or wish to secure in advance an early check in or late check out with a guaranteed exclusive use of the apt. there may be a charge of half the daily rate.I do try to be flexible.If, for example, in the case of an earlier check in you are prepared to store your luggage with my doormen until the apt. is vacated and are prepared to allow my cleaning staff to do their job then no charge will be made. - Payments are by bank transfer(free if within the UK,4% otherwise) or by PayPal (4% will be added in this case).
Cancellation policy: 25% of the total fee is non-returnable.If less than 30 days from the beginning of the booking then 50% is returnable.If less than 14 days no refund will be made.I recommend you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

- The Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with King sized bed,wide screen lcd tv with multi region dvd player, fitted wardrobes with electronic safe,alarm clock, dressing area and en- suite featuring an American style power shower.Leads out onto a casual lounge area overlooking the decked terrace and Jacuzzi (heat controls) . The layout of the 2nd floor reached by the spiral staircase gives it a real sense of seclusion and privacy apart from the rest of the apartment below. Both main bedrooms have split air conditioning units, floor fans and acoustic windows .All bedrooms are supplied with high 1000 thread Egyptian cotton sheets,Hungarian goose down pillows,very high quality mattresses etc.
