  A 25% non-refundable deposit is due when booking. Balance to be paid 2 months prior arrival.
  Please note that full payment will be required for any bookings made within 70 days of the start of the rental date. Refundable breakages deposit of 150.00 euro cash required on arrival.
  We regret we cannot accept pets.
  No smoking inside the house. Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments.
  We can accept bank transfer payments in Euros only. Payments accepted also through credit card (plus 3% credit card charge). Any charges incurred for bank transfer payments must be met by you.
  The client is recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation cover), baggage, personal belongings and public liability etc., as these things are not covered by the owners insurance.
• IMPORTANT: Please let us know your holiday requirements when making an enquiry. Be sure to tell us the number of adults and children (with their ages) in your party, and how long you wish to stay so that we can calculate the best prices we can offer you. Please note that the maximum number of adults allowed in this apartment is 6. Persons aged 14 years and over are considered adults.

  IMPORTANT: For children up to 2 years we supply FOR FREE baby bed with linens, baby chair, baby bath, changing mat and eating and cutlery sets. WC reducers available for older children. The Tourist Tax is not included (1, 00 euro per person / per night, maximum of 6 nights, children under 14 free). The Tourist Tax is levied on behalf of the municipality of Fucecchio separately.
• We strongly encourage you to take out appropriate travel insurance. This will protect you in the event of medical emergency, loss of passports or luggage, flight cancellation or cancellation due to illness. We are a small business and we do not operate on the same basis as hotels. We cannot take responsibility for any financial loss to you in respect of cancellation, injuries/illness, loss of personal possessions or curtailment of your holiday due to outside factors, missed flights, cancellations or delays, as this would become our financial loss. You are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover yourself against such losses.
