Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rate based on occupancy of 2 persons. Any additional person is paying 85 Euro per week.
  Bookings via the owner direct. 25% of the rent is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before entry date, along with a deposit of € 350,- (the deposit will be wired within 5 days after your departure).
  Alternative arrangements may be possible for last minute bookings or periods shorter than one week.
  
  When you made a booking by email you have to pay the sum of 25% of the total rent. When you do not pay the 25% within 14 days after the email booking, we are allowed to rent the apartment to other people that showed interest. In the period up to 12 weeks before arrival the only cancellation fee is the prepayment you already did. From 12 weeks before arrival up to 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost we agreed on, including the additional services you took. Within 4 weeks the cancellation fee is 100% of the total costs reserved by mail.
• Air conditioning is included.
  Local taxes are included.
  A welcome pack belongs to our normal service.
  Baby cot available upon request.
  Clean towels and beach towels during the week are included.
  Cleaning of the apartment once a week and at the end of your stay is included.
  No extra charge for electricity or water.
