Details for La Finca
La Finca's two large houses, ”Villa Tosca” and ”Villa Real”, are both built around a large Spanish patio and (heated) swimming pool. Villa Tosca has six and Villa Real nine luxurious rooms, with 15 in total. Each villa has its own kitchen and dining hall (for 10 and 20 people, respectively), which means that you can easily split your party into two more manageable groups if you so desire.
The living rooms are equipped with widescreen televisions, providing Swedish, Dutch, German and English-speaking channels, as well as a stereo and a DVD player if you want to listen to music or watch a movie.
Our guests have crowned La Finca's Spanish patio as a “holiday saviour”, as it is the perfect place for parents to relax in the deckchairs while the children play in the pool. The surrounding wall with its wooden doors make it safe and easy to keep an eye on the younger family members. The area also offers ping-pong table, Wi-Fi and board games to keep the children entertained.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Final cleaning, towels and linen and air conditioning is included in the price.
Pool heating (available from June 2013): 175 € per week. Has to be booked (in writing) minimum 4 weeks in advance.
The prices are for exclusive use of the complete property including self-catering. The maximum occupancy is 30 persons (including children). Extra beds for up to 5 persons can be booked at an additional cost.
Outside the summer seasons (June-August) you can rent a part of the property (minimum of 9 guest rooms). Prices are on request.

Conference room: 100 € per day (Obligatory for companies)
Welcome package (items for 1 breakfast, coffee and tea): 12 € per person
Security deposit (damage deposit): 1.000 € - The booking is confirmed once the reservation fee (25% of the total rental price) is registered on our bank account. The final payment is made no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit (1.000 €) is paid together with the final payment.
The holiday home is equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. Renters are not allowed to occupy the accommodation - at any time - with more people than indicated.
During high and peak season the fixed changeover day is Saturday with a minimum stay of 1 week. Check-in is from 16:00 hours, check-out no later than 10:00 hours.
The security deposit is payed back latest 8 days after departure (by bank transfer) once the property is checked and the keys are returned.
The final cleaning includes laundry of bed linen and towels. The property has to be left generally clean - see our house rules for more information.

- All rooms are newly renovated, with a blend of Scandinavian style and the warmth of Spain. The natural charm of the original finca has been maintained by retaining authentic details like the old well and the original Tosca stones. All rooms are equipped with central heating, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The exterior walls are well insulated for both hot and cool weather by means of solid doors and double-glazed windows. Peaceful sleep is very important so our beds have quality pocket-sprung mattresses and all rooms are provided with the finest bed linen and 100% cotton towels. The bedrooms are spacious and some even have their own private terraces. All rooms have their own private entrance and individual key.
